Key Responsibilities

• Establish and implement the company's long-term strategic direction.
• Drive business expansion, revenue growth, and entry into new markets.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients, partners, and investors.
• Manage financial outcomes and ensure operational efficiency.
• Motivate and cultivate a high-performing executive leadership team.
• Act as the company’s representative at industry conferences and with vital stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Documented executive leadership experience in roles such as CEO, President, Founder, or senior executive.
• Robust expertise in technology sectors including AI, SaaS, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven track record of scaling organizations and successfully increasing revenues.
• Strong leadership abilities coupled with excellent communication and decision-making skills.
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Attractive base salary ranging from $250,000 to $350,000 annually, based on experience.
