This senior advisory position is crafted for an accomplished executive who can enhance leadership effectiveness and boost operational performance within a growing enterprise. Collaborating closely with the CEO and executive team, the role focuses on fostering improved decision-making, enabling stronger cross-functional coordination, and enforcing more disciplined execution throughout the organization.
It is important to clarify that this position is not the Chief Executive Officer appointment but rather a senior advisory capacity concentrating on operational excellence, executive coaching, and leadership support within the existing executive framework.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized coaching and structured guidance to senior leaders and executive stakeholders.

- Provide advisory support to the CEO and executive team on operational excellence priorities that drive efficiency, alignment, and sustainable growth.

- Offer insights on organizational performance, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support cross-functional improvement efforts across operations, finance, HR, and compliance within the advisory scope.
- Assist leadership in identifying and acting on market, organizational, and operational opportunities.

- Excellent business judgment with deep understanding of strategy, operations, and leadership dynamics.
- Experience navigating complex or cross-functional corporate environments.
- Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a similar discipline.
- Advanced academic qualifications such as a Master’s or Doctorate are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Legal authorization to work in the United Kingdom is required.
