Key Responsibilities
- Consistently prepare and present dishes of excellent quality.
- Confidently manage your assigned kitchen section with keen attention to detail.
- Support Sous Chefs and Executive Chef during service periods.
- Maintain rigorous food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Assist in training and motivating junior kitchen personnel.
- Contribute innovative ideas for menus, specials, and ongoing improvements.
- Collaborate closely with the team to ensure memorable dining for guests.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or readiness to advance into this role is essential.
