About the Role
Reliance Jio is seeking a Channel Sales Lead to be based in Kolkata. This role focuses on driving SIM card activations at retail outlets while achieving set targets. The Channel Sales Manager will work to expand retail presence, improve product availability, and increase market revenue share in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve SIM activation targets at retail locations efficiently.
- Enhance revenue market share by broadening retail outreach and product availability.
- Oversee the performance and productivity of channel partners and field sales executives (FSEs).
- Provide training and necessary resources to FSEs through distributor networks.
- Ensure distributors and retailers maintain optimal stock levels.
- Strengthen the distribution network by expanding Recharge Selling Outlets and SIM Selling Outlets.
- Monitor distribution key performance indicators such as Return on Investment (ROI) for distributors and retailers.
- Collect and analyze competitive strategies, policies, and initiatives and communicate findings to the Junior Consultant (JC) and State Sales & Distribution (S&D) Team.
- Identify and recommend initiatives for enhanced product visibility within the territory.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 30,000 to 39,000 INR.
