Key Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain trusted relationships with channel partners, serving as a strategic consultant to their business.
• Facilitate partner growth through customized enablement programs, strategic business planning, and identifying new opportunities.
• Support partners in cloud adoption to unlock new revenue and business possibilities.
• Seek and capitalize on opportunities to broaden partner engagement and improve their performance metrics.
• Track partner success measures and proactively optimize plans to maximize results.
• Work closely with internal teams across sales, enablement, and product to ensure outstanding partner experiences.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in establishing and growing commercial relationships with partners or customers.
• Extensive background in account management, business development, or channel sales roles.
• Deep knowledge of cloud computing, SaaS, or technology ecosystems.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a record of delivering impactful business outcomes.
• Excellent communication capabilities combined with a consultative and partner-centric approach.
• A proactive mindset focused on growth and adaptability in a fast-moving environment.

Additional Information

This position is based in our Auckland office with a hybrid working model requiring three days per week onsite.
