Role Overview

We invite applications for two proficient Change Management Leads to direct the planning and execution of change management activities within a diverse portfolio of programs and projects. One role is ongoing, emphasizing building change capabilities, offering advice and support, while the other concentrates predominantly on change management within project settings.

Key Responsibilities

These positions are essential in advancing the Bureau of Meteorology's transformation initiatives by providing expert advice to executive sponsors, program and project managers, as well as business analysts and communications teams. The successful leads will engage closely with pivotal business units and stakeholders to ensure precise capture and evaluation of change impacts. They will design and implement strategies that promote successful adoption and endurance of new operational methods developed by delivery teams.

Additional Duties

Furthermore, the incumbents will aid the continuous enhancement of the enterprise transformation framework by maintaining and utilizing key artifacts, tools, templates, and reports effectively.

Preferred Experience

Preference is given to candidates with experience in government environments and a background in implementing projects impacting customers or communities.
