Required Qualifications and Skills
- A minimum of five years' background in advertisement serving, tagging, trafficking, and troubleshooting.
- Mid to senior-level expertise in Ad Operations.
- Experience resolving tagging, tracking, and delivery challenges in programmatic or AdTech contexts.
- Familiarity with technical integrations, including requirements analysis, API management, and data flow coordination.
- Proficiency in SQL and/or Python for data validation and analysis tasks.
- Experience handling platform certifications and ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
- Competence in interpreting publisher advertising specifications and translating them into correct implementation procedures.
- Meticulous attention to detail concerning quality assurance and validation tasks.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage certification processes including maintenance and renewal across DSPs, SSPs, publishers, and advertising platforms.
- Create and oversee certification roadmaps aligned with partner needs and industry norms.
- Conduct rigorous testing, validation, and quality assurance activities for certification criteria encompassing ad formats, delivery mechanisms, tracking, and performance measurement.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Experience, Product, Engineering, and Ad Operations to meet certification timelines and uphold partner relationships.
- Act as the technical expert for ad serving protocols and certification standards.
- Address technical issues related to tagging, trafficking, discrepancies, and delivery during certification and integration phases.
- Keep updated on changes in partner requirements, APIs, and advertising standards to guarantee platform readiness and regulatory compliance.
- Lead the entire technical integration lifecycle, including understanding API requirements, validating features, handling data flows, and specifying implementation needs.
- Maintain primary technical communication with partner teams throughout integration, certification, and problem-solving processes.
- Develop and nurture strong partnerships with ecosystem entities to reinforce platform trust and preferred partnership status.
- Generate and update certification guidelines, playbooks, test cases, implementation instructions, and troubleshooting manuals in partnership with Product teams.
- Conduct training and sharing sessions for Sales, Customer Experience, and Ad Operations teams to enhance knowledge and performance.
- Monitor KPIs related to certification, integration, and compliance to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
- Suggest and apply enhancements that define platform capabilities and improve the partner interaction experience.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with industry regulations involving privacy, measurement, creative standards, and emerging advertising formats.
