Role Overview

We are looking for a Catering and Online Assistant or Supervisor to become part of our team in Auckland. Working closely with the Customer Service & Online Manager, you will ensure smooth processing and timely delivery of catering and online orders. Key duties include consolidating orders, handling payment collection, planning delivery schedules, and collaborating with both the Deli and Bakery teams to align with production timelines.

This position demands strong communication abilities, a commitment to efficiency, and the skill to effectively liaise with multiple departments to continually exceed customer expectations. The role is fast-paced and requires a self-driven individual willing to consistently deliver excellence for our customers.

Requirements

• Possession of a valid full driver's license is mandatory.
• Comfortable and proficient in computer usage and technology systems.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Capability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, multitask effectively, and adhere to deadlines in a demanding work environment.
• A proactive attitude towards working independently with accountability for timely completion of tasks.
• Previous experience in online order picking is advantageous.
