- Build and refine category reporting to uncover opportunities early, support quarterly business reviews, and guide portfolio, innovation, and gap analysis from a go-to-market perspective.
- Work closely with go-to-market channel leaders and customer-facing cross-functional teams to define the category elements of Joint Business Plans and Customer Growth Plans.
- Convert channel strategies into customer-specific action plans covering listings, distribution, assortment, pricing, promotions, space, and layout decisions.
- Lead the creation, rollout, and follow-up of category execution plans that improve customer engagement and support durable commercial growth.
- Partner with channel leads, culinary teams, and sales analytics groups to deliver tailored category solutions that help the business and the category grow.
- Track and assess sales execution performance at category, channel, and North America levels to guide target setting and planning.
- Provide practical commercial insights and analysis to help management make informed decisions and support execution in market.
- Maintain compliance with commercial controls, processes, and governance requirements to ensure sales execution remains consistent and coordinated.
- Present category results, insights, and action plans to channel managers, channel leaders, and sales partners.
Requirements

- Background in a global organization is needed; experience in the food industry is strongly preferred.
- Strong commercial capability, including data analysis, planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Ability to convert data and insights into clear, persuasive business recommendations.
- Proven influence skills across all levels of a matrixed organization.
- An entrepreneurial, hands-on, and practical problem-solving approach.
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation abilities.

- Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
- Alignment with McCain’s values, leadership principles, and culture of humility.
