Duties and Responsibilities

• Process manual and electronic fee payments for students and staff.
• Record all manual receipts into the Sage Evolution system.
• Handle receipting for canteen fees for all individuals on campus.
• Address and resolve queries from students and staff members.
• Manually receipt daily tuck-shop sales and update the Sage system accordingly.
• Perform daily cash-up procedures for collections and sign the cash register.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess at least a Diploma in Accounting or Finance.
• Have a minimum of one year of relevant work experience after qualification, ideally within a university setting.
• Demonstrate proficiency with accounting software such as Pastel or Sage Evolution.
