Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet every customer courteously and warmly.
- Process all transactions quickly and accurately, including deactivating merchandise according to the Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) Program.
- Inform customers about company-sponsored programs such as credit card services, product protection plans, and charity endeavors.
- Assist customers in bagging and loading their purchases.
- Adhere to safe working practices, which include correct lifting techniques and maintaining a tidy workspace.
- Ensure security and integrity of the register through responsible cash handling, strict compliance with company policies, and maintained situational awareness.
- Refer transaction-related and service requests to the Customer Service Manager when necessary.
Employment Details
The position offers a starting hourly wage of $16.05 CAD.
