Job Overview
Axis Bank is hiring for the position of CASA Sales Officer based in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. This is an on-roll role suited for fresh graduates as well as experienced candidates. The monthly compensation includes a base salary of ₹19,000 with performance incentives that can reach up to ₹20,000. Candidates must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving license to fulfill daily travel requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively acquire new banking customers by promoting Current Account and Savings Account products.
- Implement marketing and promotional initiatives within designated territories to generate leads.
- Engage in daily local travel to connect with potential and existing clientele.
- Develop and sustain strong customer relations to boost recurring business.
- Upsell additional financial offerings such as Fixed Deposits, Insurance, Loans, and Credit Cards to present customers.
- Motivate customers to increase deposits in their accounts.
- Comply fully with all banking regulations and internal policies.
- Participate in required training programs, certification courses, and other learning activities provided by the bank.
Career Progression
The career path in sales is clearly defined, starting at Sales Officer with opportunities for expedited elevation to Sales Officer I, followed by advancement to Assistant Manager - Sales and eventually Sales Manager roles based on performance.
Working Schedule
The role follows standard banking working days with holidays on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month.
