Position Overview
Rainforest Carwash is hiring a full-time Team Leader in Training for its Florence, Mississippi location. This role is ideal for someone who likes active, outdoor work and wants to develop into a leadership position over time.

Role Summary
In this position, you will become familiar with the daily workflow of the car wash while building the leadership skills needed to guide a team effectively. The work environment is outdoors, busy, and customer-focused, so teamwork, attentiveness, and strong service habits are important.
Schedule and Work Environment
Shifts run Monday through Sunday between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Candidates must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends. This is a hands-on outdoor role, and some shifts may involve getting dirty as part of the job.
The company emphasizes a team-first atmosphere, fast-paced operations, and serving customers without late-night work.
Responsibilities
