Job Summary
As a Cart Attendant at Walmart Supercenter #6395 in Bluffton, SC, you will play a key role in creating a positive first and last impression for customers by ensuring shopping carts are gathered, maintained, and ready for use. This role requires maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of carts and operating equipment to transport carts between the parking lot and the store, all while demonstrating a positive attitude regardless of weather conditions.
Compensation and Shift Details
- Hourly wage ranges from $16 to $29, with the actual rate meeting or exceeding local minimum wage requirements.
- Additional pay may include annual or quarterly performance incentives.
- Premium pay ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply based on schedule, facility, seasonal factors, or specific duties performed; multiple premiums can be combined if criteria are met.
- Available shifts include Mid-Shift and Closing shifts.
