Job description
Role overview
As a Cart Attendant, you help shape customers’ first and last impression of the store. Your work centers on collecting carts from the parking area, using the required equipment to move them back inside, and keeping the carts clean and sanitary. The role calls for a consistently positive attitude, including while working in different weather conditions.

Pay and incentives
The hourly pay range for this position is $14 to $27 per hour. The effective hourly rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage required for the work location. In addition to base pay, annual or quarterly performance incentives may be available. Extra premium pay can also apply in certain situations, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, depending on schedule, facility, season, or the specific work being performed; more than one premium may be payable when the conditions are met.
Work schedule
This is a full-time position with mid-shift and closing shifts available.
