Job Summary
The Cart Attendant position at Walmart plays a key role in creating a welcoming environment for customers by managing shopping carts efficiently. Compensation
- Hourly wage ranges from 15 to 28 dollars per hour, with the actual pay meeting or exceeding the local minimum wage requirement.
- Performance incentives are offered on an annual or quarterly basis.
- Additional premiums between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour may be awarded depending on schedule, location, season, or specific tasks, with multiple premiums possible.
