Job Overview
As a Cart Attendant, you play a crucial role in shaping customers' initial and final impressions of the store. You will be responsible for collecting shopping carts from the parking area, operating appropriate equipment to transport these carts back into the store, and ensuring the carts are kept clean and sanitary. This position requires maintaining a positive demeanor in all weather conditions.
Compensation
- Wages range from $15 to $28 per hour, with actual pay meeting or exceeding the minimum wage requirements for Madison, AL.
- Additional pay includes annual or quarterly performance-based incentives.
- In certain conditions, premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be provided depending on schedule, location, season, or specific tasks performed. Multiple premiums can apply if criteria are met.
Work Schedule and Location
This is a full-time position with available mid-shift and closing shift options.
Work location is Walmart Supercenter #5703, at 8580 HWY 72 W, Madison, AL 35758, USA.
