Job description
Job Summary
As a Cart Attendant at Walmart Supercenter #5358 located in Shippensburg, PA, your essential role will be to enhance the customers' shopping experience by ensuring a positive first and last impression of the store. This includes retrieving shopping carts from the parking areas, transporting them inside using provided equipment, and keeping the carts clean and sanitized. This position requires consistently maintaining a positive attitude, regardless of weather conditions.
Compensation
- Hourly pay ranges from $15 to $28, with the hourly rate aligning with or exceeding the local minimum wage requirements.
- Additional performance incentives may be provided either annually or quarterly.
- Premium pay between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour may be awarded based on factors such as work schedule, location, season, or specific tasks performed. Multiple premiums may apply simultaneously if criteria are met.
Work Schedule
