Job description
Position Summary
Cart Attendants play a vital role in ensuring customers experience a welcoming environment by managing the shopping carts at the store. This includes collecting carts from the parking area, using equipment to transport them indoors, and keeping carts clean and sanitized regardless of weather conditions.
Compensation Details
- The hourly wage ranges from $15 to $28, meeting or exceeding the mandatory minimum wage for the location.
- Additional pay may be earned through annual or quarterly performance-based bonuses.
- Additional premiums ranging between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour may be awarded based on schedule, facility, season, and specific job conditions. Multiple premiums can apply if criteria overlap.
Work Schedule and Location
- Employment is available as both full-time and part-time positions.
- Shifts available include opening, morning, mid-shift, and closing.
