Cart Attendant

Job summary

Walmart is hiring a full-time Cart Attendant for its Supercenter in Foley, Alabama. In this role, you will help create a strong first and last impression for shoppers by keeping carts available, moving them safely from the parking area into the store, and maintaining a clean, sanitary cart fleet.

Work schedule and location

This position is based at Walmart Supercenter #904, 2200 S McKenzie St, Foley, AL 36535, US. Available shifts include Mid-Shift and Closing.

Pay and additional compensation

The hourly pay range is $15 to $28. Pay will meet or exceed the legally required minimum wage for the job location. In addition to base pay, associates may be eligible for annual or quarterly performance incentives. Extra premium pay may also be added in certain cases, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or the work performed. More than one premium may apply if the qualifying conditions are met.

Role overview

Cart Attendants are expected to keep cart areas organized, support customer convenience, and work outdoors in changing weather while maintaining a positive attitude. The job focuses on both customer experience and store cleanliness.
