Job Role and Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, and overall presentation of the South Driving Range, buildings, outdoor spaces, and related facilities.
- Perform general upkeep, including light maintenance, gardening, and waste handling across the South Campus, covering areas such as the driving range, padel and tennis courts, buggy parking, and car parks.
- Ensure all assigned locations are safe, clean, and maintained, promptly reporting significant repairs or hazards to the Facilities team.
- Collaborate with other departments and suppliers to ensure smooth operations within the South Campus, and assist with traffic management during large-scale events as needed.
- Carry out seasonal maintenance duties and additional tasks at KGW throughout the autumn, winter, and spring seasons.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety, fire safety, company, and departmental policies while supporting the resort's sustainability efforts and other operational needs.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in a similar caretaker or maintenance role is preferred.
- Skills in general upkeep, gardening, outdoor or light maintenance are advantageous.
- Strong practical abilities and problem-solving aptitude.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
- Quick learner able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility regarding working hours when necessary.
- Possession of a full, clean driving license is required.
