Overview
TheKey is looking to bring on caregivers in Hayden, ID, as well as nearby communities. This role is a chance to build a rewarding career in a fast-growing field while supporting older adults in their homes.
Selected candidates will work dependable weekend shifts of 12 hours each on Saturday and Sunday, from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. Compensation is advertised at $20 to $24 per hour.

Responsibilities
In this position, you will provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes and help them with everyday living needs.
- Support with personal care tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal assistance
- Handle light housekeeping duties, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
- Drive clients to appointments and help with errands and grocery shopping
- Offer companionship and engage clients through games, puzzles, and similar activities that provide emotional and social support
Qualifications
The employer is seeking compassionate caregivers who meet the following requirements.
- Minimum of 6 months of caregiving experience
- WA CNA or HCA credential preferred, or the ability to earn certification within 120 days of joining
- Current CPR certification is required
- Experience supporting clients with Alzheimer's or dementia is required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Basic computer skills are needed
- Must be able to drive clients using your own vehicle, along with valid car insurance and registration
