Our Mission

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team and help us improve the lives of seniors, one day at a time. You will work closely with clients on a one-on-one basis, offering a range of non-medical support services that enable seniors to continue living independently in their own homes. This role allows for the development of meaningful relationships with the clients you serve.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to clients.
• Perform light housekeeping duties and prepare meals.
• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Offer support with ambulation and ensure medication reminders are followed.
• Provide transportation for clients to appointments and for running errands.

Qualifications

• Possession of a CNA or HHA license is preferred. Alternatively, a minimum of 6 months of full-time or 12 months of part-time experience providing care to geriatric or chronically ill individuals is required.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication abilities.
• Must have dependable transportation. If client transportation is required, a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance are necessary.
• Provide proof of current TB testing.
• Must be physically capable of fulfilling the job duties.
• Exhibit maturity, a caring attitude, punctuality, and reliability.
• Successfully pass a comprehensive criminal background check (national and state-specific).
