Role Overview
We are looking for reliable and motivated career changers to join the ticket inspection team in the Lörrach area. The position is part of a growing security-focused business that delivers professional protection and safety services. The goal is to help maintain a secure environment while upholding high standards of quality and dependability.
This is a permanent position with a 40-hour work week and the earliest possible start date is immediately.
Pay is listed at EUR 16.00 to EUR 25.00 per hour.
What the Job Involves
- Check passengers’ tickets carefully and help ensure smooth operations on board.
- Explain fare and ticket rules in a courteous manner and answer questions about tickets and pricing.
- Record passenger counts and ticket inspection results accurately to support service quality.
- Handle unexpected situations quickly and professionally to support safety and order on the train.
- Work closely with train staff to contribute to a calm and pleasant journey for everyone.
Your Background
- You should be a strong communicator who can exchange information clearly with passengers and teammates.
- Good interpersonal skills and empathy are important for responding to passenger concerns and maintaining a positive atmosphere.
- You need to work well in a team and contribute effectively in a busy environment.
- Confidence and assertiveness are required to stay composed in challenging situations and enforce rules when needed.
Training and Entry Support
No §34a certificate? That is not a problem. Candidates without this qualification are welcome, and support is provided for the required training under §34a GewO so you can enter the security services field successfully.
