The position is ideal for someone who enjoys coaching, advising, and helping job seekers move forward with confidence.
About the organization
Keepro is a faith-driven recruiting and talent consulting company that helps businesses across the United States attract, develop, and keep great people. The team describes its culture through three core values: humility, hunger, and smarts. Its broader mission is to help individuals uncover purpose and potential while supporting employer hiring needs.
Key responsibilities
- Hold individual sessions with candidates, either online or face to face, to understand their strengths, goals, and desired direction.
- Support job seekers with resume feedback, interview preparation, and search tactics grounded in current market conditions.

Candidate profile
The company is looking for someone with experience in career counseling, workforce development, or a closely related area. You should be comfortable building rapport quickly, communicating clearly, and translating assessments and labor market insights into practical guidance. The role also calls for confidence using digital tools, video conferencing software, and CRM or ATS systems, plus the ability to work independently in a distributed team environment.
Education and experience
A bachelor's degree in Counseling, Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline is preferred, although equivalent experience may also be considered.
Compensation and schedule
This role is paid through a 1099 commission structure. Keepro also notes a pathway toward an hourly-plus-commission model as its recruitment client base grows. The schedule is flexible and can range from 10 to 30 hours per week, with the position being fully remote.
Perks and culture
- Flexible working hours with a remote setup
- Monthly career coaching at no cost
- Team retreat at the annual Vault Conference
- Ongoing opportunities for professional and personal growth
- Potential progression to hourly plus commission pay as the company expands
