Role Expectations
Working in the Laboratory or Data Management departments involves playing a crucial role in ensuring clinical trial success by supporting laboratory testing and upholding strict data quality and integrity standards throughout research activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting clinical specimen testing and maintaining accurate documentation
- Managing routine operations of laboratory information systems
- Gaining insights into disease mechanisms and their correlation with lab data
- Carrying out laboratory investigations
- Monitoring case report forms
- Reconciling clinical data, including resolving data queries
- Performing quality control audits on clinical databases
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Life Sciences or Biomedical Sciences
- Basic understanding of drug therapy methods and medical terminology
