CareerGrowth.io provides a tailored, strategy-driven job search service for experienced professionals at the Director, VP, and senior individual contributor level. The company uses its 4R Method to help clients create strong positioning materials and connect directly with decision-makers for senior opportunities. Clients are typically pursuing roles in the $120K–$300K+ range, and the service covers resume development, LinkedIn optimization, interview preparation, and salary negotiation. This is a hands-on coaching system rather than a self-paced course, designed to guide professionals step by step toward their career goals.

Role Summary

The part-time remote Career Coach will support clients through live coaching, written guidance, and practical feedback throughout their job search. This role combines one-on-one support with group coaching, and requires someone who can quickly build trust, offer direct advice, and keep clients accountable.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client questions through individual and group chat, as well as one-on-one coaching sessions
• Lead several weekly live group sessions of approximately one hour each
• Work with clients to define career direction and create actionable job search plans
• Evaluate and refine resumes and LinkedIn profiles
• Support interview preparation and hiring process readiness
• Coach clients on networking approaches and effective job search tactics
• Guide clients through offer negotiation and compensation discussions
• Deliver candid, practical feedback and help maintain client accountability
• Provide ongoing support across the client’s career transition and job search process

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on professional career coaching experience
• Proven ability to help clients achieve meaningful career results
• Strong coaching presence and excellent communication skills
• Solid knowledge of resumes, LinkedIn optimization, interviewing, and salary negotiation
• Experience coaching professionals pursuing corporate positions
• Ability to establish trust quickly and encourage action
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail

Preferred Background

• Prior experience in a Fortune 500 company
• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, leadership development, or executive coaching
• Career coaching certification such as ICF or an equivalent credential
• Experience guiding mid-level professionals, managers, or executives
• Clear evidence of client wins with measurable results

Compensation and Work Setup

• Pay ranges from $40 to $50 per hour depending on experience
• This is a part-time remote role
• Additional bonus opportunity is available for helping clients reach their goals
