About the Role
We are looking for dependable and motivated career changers to join the team as ticket inspectors in the Wetzlar area. This position is part of a growing security services company that focuses on delivering reliable protection and a high standard of service for clients and passengers alike. The role offers the chance to build a new career path in a dynamic environment, with support for training and ongoing development.
The job is set up as a permanent position with 40 working hours per week and an immediate start is possible.
Pay is between 16.00 and 25.00 EUR per hour.
Key Duties
- Check passengers' tickets carefully and help ensure operations on board run smoothly.
- Explain fare rules in a polite and clear way and answer questions about tickets and pricing.
- Record passenger counts and ticket inspection results accurately to support service quality.
- Respond quickly and professionally to unexpected situations to support order and safety on the train.
- Work closely with train staff to create a pleasant and well-organized travel experience for passengers.

Training and Entry Support
No §34a certificate is required to get started. Candidates without this qualification are still welcome, and the employer will support the required §34a GewO training and onboarding into the security services field.
