Career Changer (m/f/d) Ticket Inspector

Role overview

We are looking for motivated and dependable career changers to join the team as ticket inspectors in the Bruchsal area. The role is a permanent full-time position with 40 hours per week. The earliest possible start date is immediately. Compensation is listed at EUR 16.00 to EUR 25.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Check passengers’ tickets carefully and help ensure smooth operations on the train.
• Explain ticket rules in a polite manner and answer questions about fares and ticket conditions.
• Record passenger numbers and ticket inspections accurately to support service quality.
• Respond promptly and professionally to unexpected situations so order and safety are maintained on board.
• Work closely with train staff to contribute to a pleasant and coordinated travel experience.

Entry and training

No §34a certificate is required to apply. Candidates without this qualification are welcome, and support is provided for the §34a GewO training route as part of the onboarding process.
