Card Access Administrator

Industrial Security is hiring a Card Access Administrator for its Saint John, New Brunswick location. In this role, you will help keep the environment secure by handling card production and managing access permissions across different sites and systems.

What you'll do

• Create access and identification cards, including setting up, updating, removing, or changing permissions for new and existing cardholders.
• Prepare, package, and send out access and ID cards as needed.
• Maintain current and newly created access levels according to the requirements of each site.
• Carry out simple troubleshooting steps to resolve issues before escalating them.
• Generate access-related reports based on business requests and operational needs.
• Work closely with site administrators to ensure requests are handled accurately and delivered quickly.

What we're looking for

• 2 to 5 years of experience or training in business solutions or data entry.
• Working knowledge of access control systems and related technology.
• Strong communication skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience with Kantech, Genetec, and Salto, as well as other access control tools, would be an advantage.
• Genetec Security Center Technical Certification would be considered an asset.
• A diploma or undergraduate background in Business Administration would also be an asset.

Compensation

The stated salary range for this position is between $44,000 and $65,000.
