Role overview

We are looking for a Home Delivery Driver in Mold, Wales. This is an active, customer-facing role for someone who enjoys working independently, staying on the move, and representing the business directly at customers’ doors.

The position pays £13.71 per hour and offers a benefits package that includes a 15% staff discount, an optional health care plan, Grocery Aid support, Christmas vouchers, and at least 28 days of holiday.

What the job involves

• Loading the van safely and following correct manual-handling practices, including handling heavier items
• Driving in a safe and responsible manner at all times
• Carrying out van checks before and during use
• Making sure groceries reach customers in excellent condition
• Delivering friendly, high-quality customer service
• Helping out in the store when needed
• Managing your own workload and time without close supervision
• Working flexible shifts, with schedules that may run between 6:00am and 11:00pm

What you need to apply

• A full driving licence held for at least 3 years
• No more than 6 penalty points on your licence
• A positive, approachable attitude and a genuine focus on good customer service
• Good punctuality and the ability to meet deadlines
• Strong awareness of road safety
