About the Role

As a Team Member at Whistle Express Car Wash in Enterprise, AL, you will play an essential role in providing friendly service and maintaining a high standard of site operations. You will engage both with customers and your colleagues to ensure every guest receives an efficient, positive experience while supporting the day-to-day activities that keep the car wash running smoothly. This position combines direct customer interaction, operational duties, and facility upkeep.

Core Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Help drive sales and increase memberships by guiding customers through available options and supporting account management.
• Assist members with enrollment, account updates, and billing changes, ensuring all inquiries are managed accurately.
• Adhere to policies on pricing, discounts, and company procedures to maintain consistency.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace by following all safety protocols in the wash area and using equipment responsibly.
• Prepare vehicles for washing and inspect for any preexisting issues.
• Communicate efficiently with teammates and supervisors about needs or concerns to keep the operation running smoothly.
• Promote customer engagement by encouraging feedback through platforms such as Google reviews.
• Keep supply areas orderly and stocked, empty trash cans, and ensure vacuum stations are unclogged and waste is discarded properly.
• Handle groundskeeping tasks, such as picking up litter or removing weeds, to ensure a clean and safe environment for all guests and staff.
• Maintain professional appearance, follow uniform guidelines, and perform required opening and closing routines.
• Oversee tunnel cleanliness and safety, and prepare towels and materials as needed for daily operation.
