Role overview
Avis Budget Group is looking to hire a dependable, detail-focused team member right away. This is an entry-level role, and prior experience is not required. The position is suited to someone who takes pride in keeping vehicles clean, presentable, and ready for customer use.
What you will do
You will be responsible for preparing rental vehicles by cleaning and sanitizing them, along with carrying out routine checks to help keep each car road-ready. In addition to interior and exterior detailing, the role includes basic vehicle care and movement of cars within airport lots when needed.
- Clean, wash, vacuum, and sanitize vehicles
- Remove trash and restore vehicles to a tidy condition
- Refill fuel and check fluid levels
- Inspect tire pressure and look for body damage
- Check dashboard warning indicators
- Move and park vehicles on airport lots as required
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate is responsible, flexible, and comfortable working in a hands-on outdoor environment. You should be able to adapt to shifting schedules and perform physically active work throughout the day.
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Comfortable working around moderate noise levels
- Availability for all shifts
