Leadenhall Search & Selection is collaborating with a specialized advisory firm that is expanding its platform across the United States. This firm provides expert advice to lenders, credit investors, sponsors, and corporates involved in complex financial transactions, restructuring, and special situations. Currently, the firm aims to develop and enhance its capital advisory services within the US market.
Role Overview
The firm is looking to recruit professionals from Director to Managing Director level to establish and grow a capital advisory practice in its US operation. This opportunity allows you to join early in the process and contribute significantly to building a new advisory capability. The position focuses on activities such as capital raising, recapitalizations, liability management, special situations, and other intricate financing deals.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses 8 to 15+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Capital Advisory, Debt Advisory, Capital Structure Solutions, Leveraged Finance, or Private Capital Advisory.
- Has strong expertise in advising corporates, sponsors, lenders, or credit investors on complex financing transactions.
- Demonstrates a proven track record of originating business and cultivating senior-level client relationships.
- Experienced in leading the execution of capital raising, recapitalization, liability management, or other strategic financing transactions.
- Exhibits an entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to help develop and expand a leading advisory platform.
- FINRA registrations are preferred.
