About the Role

NutraFarms is hiring experienced canvassers to help promote its mission of supporting local farmers and encouraging the use of fresh, locally sourced, sustainable produce. This role represents the company in the community and focuses on building awareness rather than selling products at the door. The position is based in Cobourg, Ontario, Canada, and can be offered as full-time or part-time work.

The company is also recruiting for Regional Canvasser Managers and a Provincial Canvassing Manager.

What You’ll Do

• Carry out door-to-door canvassing across assigned neighborhoods.
• Speak with residents to share information about products and services.
• Respond to questions and explain the company’s offerings clearly.
• Gather customer feedback and enter details into the CRM system.
• Maintain a courteous, professional, and upbeat approach during all interactions.
• Work toward daily and weekly goals related to lead generation and sales.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong interest in local food, sustainable farming, and community-focused work.
• Excellent communication and public speaking ability.
• Prior experience in canvassing, sales, marketing, or customer service is an advantage.
• Ability to perform independently while also contributing to a team environment.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with a wide range of people.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends when needed.
