Mission
Provide operational and administrative support for maintenance, infrastructure, and general campus services. This includes coordinating requests, tracking work orders, managing records, and assisting with logistics to ensure the availability, safety, and proper functioning of university facilities for academic and administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, document, and follow up on maintenance requests, including preventive and corrective actions by managing work orders, coordinating with technical teams, and updating area logs.
- Support inspections of infrastructure, furniture, and installations by recording issues, checking condition of spaces, and promptly communicating intervention needs.
- Coordinate the preparation of environments, furniture relocation, assistance during institutional events, and operational requests according to the department’s schedules and guidelines.
- Assist in monitoring maintenance of equipment, furniture, complementary systems, and asset inventories by noting updates and coordinating necessary activities.
- Prepare reports, update databases, document evidence, and track work orders, performance indicators, and departmental task progress using institutional systems.
- Perform other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Requirements
- Technical degree or university graduate in fields such as Administration, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Operations Management, or related areas.
- At least 1 year of experience in operations, maintenance, infrastructure, or general services roles.
- Basic knowledge of infrastructure maintenance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly intermediate Excel skills.
- Familiarity with document management practices.
- Experience in internal customer service.
- Basic understanding of Occupational Health and Safety standards.
- Preferably possess courses in maintenance, general services, logistics, or operations management.
