Role Overview

The position of Campus Maintenance Manager is pivotal, focused not just on traditional maintenance leadership but on setting the maintenance, reliability, and asset management strategies for a new advanced manufacturing operation. This role will impact equipment commissioning, factory scaling, and long-term operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a unified maintenance and reliability approach tailored for a sophisticated automated manufacturing campus.
• Oversee maintenance operations across diverse technologies including MCB Assembly, Plastic Injection, PCBA, and automated production systems.
• Improve equipment reliability and performance through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance techniques.
• Formulate strategies for critical equipment, spare parts, and business continuity to minimize risks and downtimes.
• Promote reliability engineering principles, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement to elevate maintenance effectiveness.
• Assemble, lead, and nurture skilled maintenance teams in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Ensure maintenance preparedness for equipment installation, commissioning, qualification, and production ramp-up.
• Track maintenance KPIs, oversee capital expenditures, and guarantee compliance with EHS, MESH, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in maintenance within large-scale manufacturing setups.
• Proven expertise in supporting automated production technologies.

Skills Required

• Ability to design and execute maintenance and reliability strategies for automated manufacturing campuses.
• Experience managing maintenance across multiple manufacturing technologies such as MCB Assembly, Plastic Injection, PCBA, and automated systems.
• Competence in developing critical equipment and spare parts strategies to mitigate operational risks.
• Leadership skills to build and guide multi-disciplinary maintenance teams fostering a culture of reliability and operational excellence.
• Proficiency in reliability engineering, root cause analysis, and continuous maintenance performance improvements.
• Capability to manage equipment installation readiness, oversee KPIs, CAPEX, and compliance.
