Job Overview
Teleminds Infotech Pvt Ltd. is seeking a Call Quality Analyst to join their team at Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata. This role involves monitoring and analyzing inbound and outbound calls to ensure quality and compliance standards are met. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Shift Timings
- 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
- 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday to Saturday
Key Duties
- Conduct evaluation, monitoring, and audits of calls coming into and going out of the center.
- Highlight improvement areas and deliver constructive feedback to enhance performance.
- Uphold quality assurance benchmarks and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Compile detailed call analysis reports and communicate findings to management for informed decision-making.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience between one to two years in a comparable position is desirable, though freshers can also apply.
- Excellent command of the English language is essential.
- Strong auditory skills and keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
- A proactive attitude and meticulous work approach.
