Job description

Role overview

Gabriel Pizza Franchise Corporation is hiring a Call Center Supervisor to support its customer service operation across Canada. This role focuses on guiding agents, resolving escalations, tracking call activity, and helping ensure smooth day-to-day call center performance. The position is fully remote and open to candidates anywhere in Canada.

Key duties

  • Provide bilingual support in French and English and be fully available for closing shifts, nights, and weekends.
  • Respond to service-related questions and step in when agents need help or cannot complete a call.
  • Watch queue activity, inbound call volume, waiting calls, abandonment rate, and related service metrics.
  • Keep team members informed with encouragement, constructive feedback, and positive communication.
  • Assist restaurant locations by answering their questions and providing support as needed.
  • Share updates about new products with the call center team.
  • Complete at least one quality monitoring review with every agent every two weeks.
  • Maintain accurate administrative records and bookkeeping.
  • Deliver training for new hires as well as current staff members.
  • Manage and resolve escalated customer complaints.

Compensation

This position pays an hourly wage of $20 to $22.

Work arrangement

The job is remote and can be performed from anywhere in Canada.
