Role overview

JAYS GROUP is hiring a customer-oriented Call Center Specialist for its Abu Dhabi operations. The role suits someone who can perform well in a busy environment, communicate clearly, and bring solid UAE call center experience.

Compensation

The offered monthly salary is AED 3,000 to AED 4,000, and it may be negotiated based on experience, professionalism, talent, qualifications, and overall performance.

What you will do

• Handle customer calls and chat conversations efficiently and professionally.
• Deliver helpful service while resolving customer queries and issues.
• Work effectively in a fast-moving, high-volume support setting.
• Use strong multitasking skills to manage multiple customer interactions.
• Maintain a polished, professional attitude while supporting daily operations.

Required profile

• You must have at least 2 years of call center experience in the UAE.
• You should be very strong in spoken and written English.
• Tagalog and Arabic language skills are an advantage and are strongly preferred.
• You need prior experience managing both phone calls and chat support.
• Customer service and issue-resolution ability are essential.
• You should be comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• You must be able to join quickly, ideally within 1 to 2 weeks.
