Job Description and Responsibilities
We are seeking a Customer Support Agent specializing in Collections to join our team onsite at Ako Adjei La Road near Labadi.
- Addressing customer inquiries efficiently.
- Managing the collection of payments accurately.
- Delivering outstanding customer service at all times.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess solid communication skills or technical ability based on role requirements.
- Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- Demonstrate a professional demeanor and high reliability.
- Relevant prior experience is advantageous.
- Must reside near Labadi or in the surrounding locality.
