Role Overview

This supervisor role is based in Palmerstown, Dublin 20. The position is part of a seven-day operation and requires a minimum commitment of 31 contracted hours each week.

What You’ll Do

You will help maintain a high standard of service, support the team on shift, and contribute to delivering a memorable customer experience. The role calls for a person who can balance strong leadership with excellent service and operational consistency.

What the Role Requires

The ideal candidate will bring at least one year of relevant experience, along with the confidence to guide, encourage and support colleagues. You should be comfortable working at pace, communicating clearly, and keeping standards high even during busy periods.
