About the Role and Company
Emver Limited, a close-knit team located in Wairau Valley, Auckland, specializes in delivering precise, high-quality cabinetry and joinery. Due to growth, we are seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker / Installer to join our team.
As a small workshop, roles are flexible and versatile. You may spend a morning assembling sophisticated kitchens in the factory and an afternoon onsite handling installation or various project tasks to keep progress smooth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and prepare cabinetry within the factory setting.
- Interpret production drawings and cutting lists accurately.
- Participate in onsite installations ensuring flawless finishes.
- Handle various miscellaneous tasks, troubleshooting, and relevant site activities as needed to complete projects successfully.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven, hands-on experience in cabinet making or joinery capable of immediate contribution.
- Highly versatile with ability to alternate between factory assembly, site work, and miscellaneous tasks.
- Meticulous with a strong eye for detail and quality workmanship.
- Positive attitude, dependable, self-driven, and effective communicator comfortable in a small team environment.
- Must hold a valid New Zealand driver’s license; personal basic hand tools are preferred.
- Eligible to work in New Zealand with current residency or valid work visa and resident in NZ.
