Candidate profile

The airline is looking for someone who communicates naturally, enjoys serving others, and can keep guests safe and comfortable throughout the journey. The ideal candidate should bring a friendly, reassuring presence, share the spirit of Hafawa, and help every traveler feel secure and cared for from departure to arrival.

They should also be adventurous, collaborative, and excited to represent the airline as a public-facing ambassador while adapting to new experiences and changing routes.

Eligibility and requirements

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• A high school certificate or a higher qualification is required.
• You need at least 1 year of experience in hospitality or another customer-facing role.
• Minimum height required: 160 cm, with an arm reach of 212 cm.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are welcome.
• You must be a confident swimmer and comfortable using flotation devices.
• No visible tattoos or piercings are allowed while in uniform.
• You must satisfy Saudi employment visa criteria and be willing to relocate to Riyadh.
