Role overview
This position is for cabin crew serving as the face of the airline and the city of Dubai. The core purpose of the role is to keep passengers safe while delivering consistently high-quality service throughout every flight.

About the role
You will join a fast-paced, international cabin crew team responsible for providing a dependable, safe, and welcoming inflight experience to a wide and varied customer base.
Role requirements
- You must be 21 years of age or older.
- Your height should be at least 158 cm, as required by safety rules.
- You need to maintain a polished, professional appearance that meets grooming standards.
- Visible tattoos are not allowed while in uniform.
- A valid passport is mandatory.
- You must be medically fit and able to clear an aero medical assessment.
- Strong spoken and written English is required; other languages will be considered an advantage.
- You should be comfortable in water while wearing a flotation aid or life jacket.
- You must be prepared for irregular schedules, including weekends, public holidays, and overnight duty.
- The role suits someone energetic, proactive, and focused on great service.
- You should be respectful, flexible, and comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
- A safety-first mindset and the ability to manage emergencies calmly are essential.
- You must be willing to move to Dubai, UAE.
Education and experience
- A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is required.
- Prior experience in international aviation is a plus.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience is preferred, ideally gained in aviation, hospitality, or retail.
Training bond
The training bond is USD 2,650, which is approximately AED 9,700, for the first year.
Pay and benefits
- Base pay, housing allowance, and transport allowance together total AED 8,275.
- Variable flying pay is also offered, averaging about AED 4,500 per month based on an average of 90 flying hours.
