Role overview
Emirates is seeking confident, adaptable cabin crew members who can create a welcoming experience for passengers while handling in-flight duties with professionalism and care. This position represents the airline on board, so a warm personality, strong judgment, and the ability to guide customers smoothly are essential.
The role goes beyond hospitality. Safety and security are central to the job, and cabin crew are expected to manage aircraft service, follow emergency procedures, and take charge when needed. Training is delivered at Emirates’ advanced facility in Dubai.
Qualifications and experience
- At least 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service.
- A positive, team-oriented approach and the ability to work well with people from different cultural backgrounds.
- Minimum education requirement: high school completion (Grade 12).
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Height of at least 160 cm, with the ability to reach 212 cm while standing on tiptoes so emergency equipment can be accessed on all aircraft types.
- No visible tattoos while wearing the Emirates cabin crew uniform unless they are fully covered with bandages or cosmetics.
- Willingness to be based in Dubai and meet UAE employment visa requirements.

Pay and benefits
The compensation package has three parts: a fixed monthly salary, hourly flying pay, and an overseas meal allowance.
Basic salary: AED 4,980 per month. Flying pay: AED 69.60 per hour, based on an average of 80 to 100 flying hours each month. Average total pay: AED 11,244 per month, which is approximately USD 3,100, EUR 2,600, or GBP 2,280 for Grade II (Economy Class).
Meal allowances for overnight stays are added to the salary in arrears during the following month. The company also provides hotel accommodation and airport transportation.
Additional benefits
