Job description
Role overview
We are looking for cabin crew who bring a warm personality, adapt quickly in changing situations, and help customers feel comfortable and supported throughout their journey. As the airline’s front-line representative, you will guide passengers, respond to their needs, and deliver a polished onboard experience.
This role is not limited to hospitality. Safety is the top priority, and you will be trained to manage cabin services, security, and emergency procedures with confidence. Training is delivered at a modern facility in Dubai.
What we are looking for
- More than one year of experience in hospitality or customer service.
- A positive, service-oriented attitude and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- High school completion is required, with Grade 12 as the minimum qualification.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Minimum height of 160 cm, with the ability to reach 212 cm on tiptoes to access emergency equipment on all aircraft.
- No visible tattoos while wearing the cabin crew uniform unless concealed with bandages or cosmetics.
- Willingness to be based in Dubai and meet the UAE employment visa criteria.
Role expectations
You should consistently aim for high standards, stay focused on solutions, and handle a demanding schedule with professionalism. The ideal candidate will deliver a genuine customer experience and reflect a professional, empathetic, progressive, visionary, and cosmopolitan image.
Salary and benefits
Compensation includes three parts: a fixed monthly base salary, hourly flying pay for operated flights, and an overseas meal allowance. The basic salary is AED 4,980 per month, and flying pay is AED 69.60 per hour based on an average of 80 to 100 flying hours each month. Average total monthly pay is AED 11,244, which is approximately USD 3,100, EUR 2,600, or GBP 2,280 for Grade II (Economy Class).
Meal allowances for overnight stays are added to salary arrears in the following month. The company also provides hotel accommodation and transport to and from the airport. Additional benefits include tax-free pay, profit sharing, concessional travel, relocation assistance for settling in Dubai, free accommodation, free transportation, medical insurance, life insurance, dental insurance, and discounted flights for friends and family.
Additional information
This position is based in Dubai, even though the opportunity is listed for the Greater Leeds Area. Candidates must be prepared for relocation and for the work demands of a cabin crew schedule.
