Role Overview
As a member of the cabin crew, you will represent Saudi Arabia on every journey and deliver service shaped by precision, purpose, and genuine Saudi hospitality. The role is built around the airline’s Hafawa philosophy, which emphasizes warmth, kindness, and meaningful connection with every guest.
The position also offers a balance between flying and personal time, with rosters designed to give you opportunities to experience the world while maintaining time at home.

Eligibility Criteria
- You must be at least 21 years old
- A high school certificate or any higher qualification is required
- You need at least 1 year of experience in hospitality or another customer-facing role
- Minimum height required is 160 cm, with an arm reach of 212 cm
- English fluency is essential, and additional language abilities are welcome
- You should be a confident swimmer and able to use flotation equipment
- No visible tattoos or piercings are allowed while in uniform
- You must satisfy Saudi employment visa conditions and be prepared to relocate to Riyadh
