Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking cabin crew members who embody a vibrant personality, adaptability, and the ability to create a comfortable environment for passengers. As the frontline representatives of the airline, you will provide assistance and guidance, ensuring a positive experience during flights. Beyond hospitality, this role demands a strong focus on safety management, including leading aircraft services and adhering to security and safety protocols. Comprehensive training is offered at our advanced facility in Dubai.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of one year’s experience in hospitality or customer service roles.
- Positive demeanor with a natural talent for delivering excellent service within multicultural team settings.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Grade 12) is required.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Physical requirements include a minimum height of 160 cm and the ability to reach 212 cm when fully extended (tiptoes) to access emergency equipment.
- No visible tattoos while wearing uniform, without coverage through bandages or makeup.
- Must satisfy UAE employment visa standards as the role is Dubai-based.

Salary & Benefits
- Fixed basic salary of AED 4,980 per month.
- Hourly flying pay of AED 69.60, with an average of 80-100 hours flown monthly.
- Average total monthly compensation approximates AED 11,244 (~USD 3,100, EUR 2,600, GBP 2,280) based on Economy Class Grade II.
- Meal allowances for overnight stops paid in arrears the following month.
- Company-provided hotel accommodation and transport to/from airport.
