Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking personable and adaptable individuals to join our cabin crew team, representing Emirates Airlines. As the friendly face of the airline, you will provide assistance and guidance to passengers during their flights, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment.
This position extends beyond typical service duties; safety takes precedence. You are expected to lead and manage in-flight services, security, and safety protocols confidently. Comprehensive training at our cutting-edge facility in Dubai will prepare you for these responsibilities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of one year’s experience in hospitality or customer service roles.
- Positive demeanor with the ability to deliver outstanding team-based service across diverse cultures.
- High school completion (Grade 12) is required.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- A minimum height of 160cm, with the ability to reach 212cm when standing on tiptoes to access emergency equipment.
- No visible tattoos while in Emirates cabin crew uniform.
- Must fulfill employment visa criteria set by the UAE and be based in Dubai.

Compensation and Benefits
- Basic monthly salary of AED 4,980.
- Hourly flight pay of AED 69.60, typically amounting to 80-100 flying hours per month.
- Total average monthly compensation around AED 11,244 (approximately USD 3,100, EUR 2,600, or GBP 2,280) for Grade II Economy Class crew.
- Meal allowances credited monthly for overnight layovers.
